Assessment

My Approach

I have successfully treated patients with a variety of presentations, including anxiety-related disorders including panic attacks, phobias, OCD, PTSD, GAD,health anxiety and social anxiety, also depression, addictions, eating disorders and behavioural issues, sleeping disorders, ABI, couple issues, low self esteem, assertiveness, stress related issues, anger management and many others

My main approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which is evidence-based and effective with most disorders. I also integrate elements of Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I can offer a non-judgmental compassionate approach to resolve your problem. I am here not to judge or criticise you, I will be understanding and supportive. Following my therapy, you will become more aware of what maintains your problem and how your way of thinking affects the way you feel and behave.

You will then be equipped with coping strategies/problem solving skills that help you to cope with difficult situations and stressors, and identify any up-coming problem. Sometimes therapy can be demanding and uncomfortable, but we will overcome obstacles together in a collaborative way and in a relaxed, positive atmosphere.

The unique approach of my therapy is to work with the thinking that maintains your problem; once this pattern has been successfully challenged, you will discover that you feel differently about yourself. Unlike many other therapists, I try to work with causes and symptoms at the same time. Many of my previous clients have benefited from this unique approach.

My Services

Corporate Training

I have been running well-being workshops, both in corporate offices and in my own office. I consult to managerial staff on how to minimise sickness absence.

I can suggest reasonable work adjustments .

I also advise professionals on how to prevent burns outs in business and personal lives.

All my workshops are tailored according to company's needs. I will act as a mediator between employers and employees.

Medico-Legal Reports

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.

I work extensively with a number of Solicitors in London and beyond (more than 50 reports in the last year alone).

I can work with clients using, inter alia, English, Russian, Ukrainian, and other Eastern European languages, producing reports in English that have proved universally acceptable in legal circles in cases relating to immigration and minor and major road traffic accidents. (More detail and redacted examples can be provided on request).

To review other medico-legal reports, read notes or do any additional work, there will be an hourly rate of £150. Payment is required upfront prior to assessment. Payment is required upfront prior to assessment. The cancellation fee within 48 hours of assessment is charged at £150.

  • Express medico-legal report package: includes the Standard package with the report being produced within 48 hours of the initial assessment for £2000.

I am also available for home visits in and outside London.

Case Management

I can also offer case management services, and I can tailor support for brain injury rehabilitation and litigation.

Following a brain injury there is suddenly a lot that needs to be coordinated and arranged in order to set things in motion to get your life back on track.

A case manager is there to give you a single person to deal with, who can advise on treatment options, help you to arrange care, and deal with all of the issues that arise following a brain injury.

A case manager can give you the support needed to allow you to focus on the recovery process.
